Hot air balloons are super sensitive to weather, especially wind, rain, and visibility. That’s why we launch early in the morning, when conditions are calm and stable.

Safety comes first, so flights may be delayed or canceled if:
• Winds are above 12 mph
• Visibility is low (fog, smoke, etc.)
• Rain or storms are nearby
• Fast winds at higher altitudes
• Weather patterns shift unexpectedly
